Community Discussion Forums

The purpose of the Community Discussion Forums is to allow residents of Pickens County an opportunity to ask the staff of the Pickens County Registration & Elections Commission questions about election and voter registration matters in open forums, so that all may benefit from the questions and answers.

To post to the Forums, click on the forum below that best categorizes your question.  Click the “New Topic” link to post.  Type a short yet descriptive title in the “subject” line.  Type your complete question in the “Message” box.  Type your name and email address in the appropriate boxes, then click the box next to “Add this topic to your email notifications?”, enter the security code shown, and hit submit.  We strive to respond as quickly as possible to all questions posted, so please be patient and check back often.

Your use of the Community Discussion Forums constitutes your acceptance of the following rules. Posts that violate these rules will be removed.

  1. Posts should be geared toward questions you have about the election and voter registration processes in Pickens County.
  2. Posts should be placed in the appropriate forum.
  3. Keep all posts positive, no attacking other persons or groups.
  4. Do not make posts about a particular campaign or candidate.  These forums are not the place to discuss politics.
  5. No campaigning.
  6. Do not post your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, address, etc. anywhere on the discussion forums.
  7. Before posting your question, read through the forums to see if your question has already been asked.
