Watershed Directors Candidate Filing
Deadline – Noon, August 17, 2020
Watershed District Directors are non-salaried officials who are elected to four-year terms. Candidates must be registered voters in the county and watershed in which they are seeking office. These elections are nonpartisan and no party affiliation shall be placed on the ballot. The elections are conducted by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Pickens County at the same time other county and state officers are elected in the November 3, 2020 Election.
Candidate filing closes at Noon on August 17, 2020. At the time of filing, each candidate must turn in a printed Statement of Intention of Candidacy form to be a candidate. There is not a filing fee for this office. The Statement of Intention of Candidacy can be downloaded from PickensElections.org
