Absentee Voting

In-Person – We plan to make absentee voting available on our voting machines in our office (222 McDaniel Ave B-9 Pickens, SC 29671) beginning Tuesday, November 12, 2019. Absentee voting will be available during normal office hours (M-F 8-5) until 5 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019.

By Mail – Due to the extremely short turnaround time for a runoff election, we do not recommend voting absentee by mail. Six eligible voters requested runoff ballots when they voted absentee for the initial November 5, 2019 Election. These voters will automatically be mailed absentee ballots. All other voters will need to request and sign an application for an absentee ballot before a ballot can be mailed. All runoff ballots must be returned to our office by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.
