As required by SC Code of Laws 7-13-1390 (c), the Pickens County Registration & Elections Commission shall conduct a public test of its M-100 optical ballot scanners that will be used in the November 2, 2010 General Election. M-100 optical ballot scanners are used to tabulate the paper optical scan ballots cast in the Absentee (by mail), Emergency, and Failsafe Precincts. The public test shall occur at 10:00am on Friday, October 29th inside the Auditorium of the Pickens County Administration Building (222 McDaniel Ave Pickens, SC 29671).
